I am an engineer, where can I go to find more detailed information for large commercial
applications?
Answer
ASHRAE is the primary source of design information for HVAC systems in commercial
buildings. Through it's website you can access the ASHRAE bookstore where you can find
design manuals, special publications and the semi-annual Transactions which contains the most
current technical papers on the technology/
Please take the time to visit the Geo-Heat Center's website
(http://geoheat.oit.edu) where the "Outside the Loop section contains a wealth of
information for the commercial system designer including back issues of the designers
newsletter, site characterization information, manufacturer's and services vendor lists.
